Our comprehensive service process is outlined below:
  • Customer Sends An Inquiry

    ● The account manager will reply in 24 hours.

    ● Provided Information: Product name, Quantity, Price, Term, Specification, COA, Offer validation period, Extra certifications.

  • Continues Communication

    ● The account manager will reply in 24 hours.

    ● Provide Information: Credit terms; how to reduce cost by optimizing order quantity; how to optimize shipping solutions; how to reduce cost by looking at the product line.

  • Send The Ventor Questionnaire (If Applied)

    ● Response in 24 hours.

    ● Provide information: our company details, certifications and etc.

  • Send PO

    ● Response in 24 hours.

    ● Provide information: PI and SC.

  • Prepare For Goods

    ● For stock goods: FCA/DDP – Same day/ Next day dispatch, with receive release note/delivery note, packing list, COA and commercial invoice.

    ● For goods without stock: preparation takes normaly 2-7 days after placing the order.

  • Self-Pick Up/ Delivery

    ● For stock goods: Self-pick up: the next day after receiving the release note. Delivery: dispatch on the same day after recieving the delivery note; receive the goods in 2-7 days

    ● For goods without stock: afer the preparation is done, it normally takes 7 days to deliver by Air, 10-20 days by rail way, and 30 days by sea.

  • Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire

    ● A week after receiving the goods. The customer will receive a questionnaire to evaluation the satisfaction level. If any complains occure, our team will feedback the customer with a solution.
